Do you require any move-in deposits?
Yes. All of our rental homes require a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Your deposit is refundable as long as the lease is fulfilled, there are no unpaid rent or late fees, the home is clean, and there is no damage beyond normal wear.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, pets are welcome in many of our rental homes. We require a non-refundable $500 deposit per pet, per year.
Are utilities included in the rent?
No. Tenants are responsible for setting up and paying all utilities. Utility costs vary by property. We recommend reviewing each home’s details or contacting us if you have questions about estimated utility expenses.
How long are the lease terms?
We offer 12-month lease terms only. This provides stability for both tenants and property management.
How do I apply for a rental?
You can request an application by:
• Filling out our online rental inquiry form, or
• Calling our office directly.
After receiving your application, we will review it, update you on availability, and provide next steps such as showings and lease signing.
